FKASTOCK currently accepts the following payment methods:

The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your device, location, and the options displayed during checkout.
Order Confirmation
After your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You should also confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
Secure Online Orders
FKASTOCK does not currently accept orders by phone. All orders must be placed through our website.
Transactions are encrypted and securely processed through our third-party payment providers. FKASTOCK does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information.
Please provide an accurate and current email address during checkout. We will use this address to send your order confirmation, shipping updates, and other important information regarding your purchase.
Declined Payments
A payment may be declined for several reasons. Common causes include:
- The billing address or ZIP code entered during checkout does not match the information maintained by your card issuer.
- The card number, expiration date, or CVV security code was entered incorrectly.
- Your bank or card issuer placed a temporary security hold on the transaction.
- The purchase amount exceeds your card’s available balance or transaction limit.
- An international transaction requires additional verification or is restricted by the card issuer.
- The payment provider is unable to verify the transaction.
For larger purchases, your bank may contact you to confirm that the transaction is authorized. After confirming the purchase with your bank, you may attempt to place the order again.
FKASTOCK does not receive the specific reason a payment was declined. If the problem continues, please contact your bank or payment provider first. You may also contact us at info@fkastock.com for additional assistance.
Finance Options
FKASTOCK does not directly provide financing or installment plans. Eligible customers may use PayPal Pay Later during checkout, subject to approval and PayPal’s terms and conditions. All financing is provided and administered by PayPal.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, email info@fkastock.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun. Custom-made, modified, special-order, or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation after production or preparation has started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. After delivery, any return request will be handled according to our Returns Policy. Original and return shipping charges, restocking fees, or other applicable costs may be deducted from the refund as described in that policy.
PayPal Checkout Errors
PayPal checkout errors are commonly caused by an incomplete address or a difference between the address entered on FKASTOCK and the address associated with your PayPal account.
If your address includes an apartment, suite, or unit number, confirm that it is entered correctly. You may also try a standard format such as “Apt 2” or “Suite 200.”
If the problem continues, confirm your billing and shipping information through PayPal or select another available payment method. You may email a screenshot of the error to info@fkastock.com, but please remove or conceal all card numbers, passwords, security codes, and other sensitive financial information.
