Vehicle compatibility may depend on the model, production year, trim level, factory options, market, wiring configuration, or previous vehicle modifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before ordering or installing a product.

Orders and Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. FKASTOCK may refuse or cancel an order because of:

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Available payment methods and financing information are described on our Orders & Payments page. Any PayPal Pay Later financing is provided and administered by PayPal, subject to PayPal’s approval and terms. FKASTOCK does not directly provide financing.
Pricing and Website Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and website information are accurate. Pricing, availability, typographical, photographic, and technical errors may occasionally occur.
FKASTOCK may correct an error and cancel or refuse an affected order, including after the order has been submitted. If payment was collected for a canceled order, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount.
Prices, promotions, specifications, and product availability may change without notice.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact info@fkastock.com immediately if you need to request an order change or cancellation.
We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted or processing has begun.
Custom-made, modified, personalized, or special-order products may not be canceled after production or preparation begins.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Any subsequent return will be subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. FKASTOCK is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns require prior authorization and must satisfy the requirements of our Shipping & Returns Policy.
The Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms and governs return eligibility, damaged shipments, return costs, restocking fees, and refunds.
Warranty
Select products include a one-year limited warranty when expressly stated on the product listing. Products that do not display a separate warranty period are covered only by the applicable 30-day return or defect-reporting provisions in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying manufacturing defects or product malfunctions occurring under normal intended use.
Warranty coverage does not include:

Physical, cosmetic, or water damage not caused by a manufacturing defect

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase, photographs, videos, diagnostic information, or return of the product may be required.
Approved warranty claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, replacement components, or another remedy determined according to the product and circumstances. The specific warranty terms shown on the product page control if they differ from this general section.
To submit a claim, sign in to your FKASTOCK account and complete the Warranty Request form or contact info@fkastock.com.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
Installation and Product Use
Automotive parts should be installed by a qualified professional when appropriate. Incorrect installation may cause product failure, vehicle damage, electrical problems, personal injury, or unsafe operating conditions.
FKASTOCK is not responsible for installation, removal, programming, diagnostics, labor charges, or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Some aftermarket products may not comply with road-use, inspection, emissions, or lighting requirements in every jurisdiction. The customer is responsible for determining whether a product may legally be installed or used in the customer’s location.
Aftermarket Products and Manufacturer Names
FKASTOCK is an independent aftermarket automotive retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated.
Vehicle manufacturers’ names, model names, trademarks, and logos are used only to describe product compatibility, fitment, or appearance. Their use does not imply manufacturer approval or certification.
Unless expressly identified as genuine or original equipment, products sold by FKASTOCK are aftermarket products.
Reviews, Photographs, and Other Submissions
You retain ownership of reviews, photographs, videos, feedback, and other content you submit to FKASTOCK.
By submitting content, you grant FKASTOCK a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, display, distribute, and publish that content in connection with our website, products, customer service, advertising, and marketing.
You confirm that you own or have permission to submit the content and that its use will not violate another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential information or content you do not want published.
